Making a reservation at the restaurant does not imply availability or reservation or free access to the hammocks (pool area) or the Club (disco).

In order to guarantee the best service, reservations can only be made by telephone or through our reservation form.

We do not offer closed menu events for groups of less than 30 people.

When a reservation is made on the terrace, if due to adverse weather conditions the service cannot be carried out, a table inside the restaurant is not guaranteed.

The time of the reservation guarantees that your table will be available at that time. However, this time is not exact and may be subject to change. The reservation time does not mean that your rice or meal will be ready at that time. Once you arrive at the restaurant and place your order, your meal will start to be prepared from scratch. Our rice dishes are made using a traditional, centuries-old procedure, a procedure that is not short: the rice dishes are prepared in a minimum of 45 minutes and reducing the time would mean lowering the quality of the rice dishes. It is important that you take this into account.

Important about stag and hen parties: El Marina is a family restaurant where a large number of families come with their underage children, so it is not the most appropriate place to celebrate their stag and hen parties. There are other places where 100% of the public are adults that can give you a better service for this type of celebrations. In our restaurant it is not allowed neither costumes, nor chanting, nor any kind of badge for the honoree. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 14 days in advance, full amount will be refunded, except 5€ (excluding management costs). If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, reservation will not be refunded.

Any cancellation of any product or service in our establishments will be governed by the Cancellation Policy published on our website. However, if the health authorities impose any restriction that prevents the provision of said service in its entirety (not partially), the full amount of the reservation or the amount paid will be returned.

If a table or a ticket is canceled due to majeure, the client will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid less management and production expenses. Due to the management and hiring expenses of such particular artists, the management and production expenses amount to 100% of the amount paid for the table or entrance.
